Exercises for Health and Correction
نویسنده
چکیده
This sumptuous little manual fills a long-felt want. It is not written to exploit some special cult or system; neither does it attempt to deal with such conditions as scoliosis and ankylosis, where exercises should be carried out under skilled and trained supervision. On the other hand, it is essentially a book for the general practitioner, and above all, one that he can put into the hands of his patients for their self-instruction. The written text is brief?the profuse illustrations giving a much clearer explanation than would pages of text. All of them are photographs, shewing the exact movements to be undertaken.
